Event Submission Guidelines
We are pleased to announce that all event submissions are exclusively for our Gold Packages.
- Eligibility: Events hosting between 50 and 75 guests will be entered to win a complimentary event upon submission. Those with 100 to 150 guests will receive a 50% discount on our Gold Package, valued at $5,800. Please note that our maximum capacity is 150 guests; submissions for events exceeding this number will not be eligible for the giveaway. Gold Package consist of: Fully decorated Venue | Clear Chiavari Chairs | Rectangular Tables LED Uplights | Main Table w/ Flower Arch | 6ft Bar w/ Bartender Cake Table | Staff , Security,
& Two amazing owners.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your date for all submissions. This is refundable after 15-30 days if there are no damages. Secuirty deposit will become non refundable if passed original guest count submitted.
Events may be scheduled for 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Contest Details: The Golden Palace Ticket contest concludes on October 31, 2024, with the winner announced on November 1, 2024. Should the winner request a refund, initiate a chargeback, or claim the submission as fraudulent, their entry will be deemed invalid, and a new winner will be selected. If date is unavailable, winner will need to select an available date. Please note that there will be no refunds issued.
- Photo Studio Session: Even if you don't win the Free Event, you will still be eligible to win a free Photo Studio session valued at $300. This session accommodates 2 to 9 guests for a duration of three hours. Please note that you will need to provide your own photographer.
