Event Submission Guidelines
We are pleased to announce that all event submissions are exclusively for our Gold Packages!
- Eligibility: Events hosting between 50 and 75 guests will be entered to win a complimentary event venue upon submission. Those with 100 to 150 guests will receive a 50% discount on our Gold Package, valued up to $5,800. Please note that our maximum capacity is 150 guests; submissions for events exceeding this number will not be eligible for the giveaway. Gold Package consist of: Fully Decorated Venue | 12 Hour Rental | Clear Chiavari Chairs | Rectangular Tables | Marble Dance Floor | DJ Lights | Main Table w/ Flower Arch | Throne Couch | Luxury 6ft Bar w/ Bartender | Cake Table | Centerpieces | Staff | Security & Two Amazing Owners!
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your date for all submissions. This is refundable after 15-30 days if there are no damages. Secuirty deposit will become non refundable if passed original guest count submitted. Events may be scheduled for 2025, 2026, or 2027.
- Contest Details: The Golden Palace Ticket contest concludes on November 28, 2025, with the winner announced on November 29, 2025. Should the winner request a refund, initiate a chargeback, or claim the submission as fraudulent, their entry will be deemed invalid, and a new winner will be selected. If date is unavailable, winner will need to select an available date. Please note that there will be no refunds issued. 12 hours consist of 6 hours setup & 6 hours for the event.
- Photo Studio Session: Even if you don't win the Free Event, 10 people will be eligible to win a free Photo Studio session valued at $300. This session accommodates 2 to 9 guests for a duration of three hours. Please note that you will need to provide your own photographer.
